INTRODUCTION
A group of social and human rights activists established a voluntary Human Rights Organization on a decision to devote themselves towards people’s welfare activities. The organization acts under the registration rules and ordinance and the patronization and control of the government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh. Its motto is in public interest and it will act as an affiliated organization of International Human Rights agency.
RATION PROJECT FOR POOR PEOPLE
Our Ration Pack project provides families with monthly rations to alleviate their poverty and support their families.
We have many families on our books that need your support. Please help us to provide them with Ration Packs.
FREE TREATMENT PROJECT
Bangladesh is one of the highest ranking countries where people are still getting affected by preventable diseases such as tuberculosis, polio and malaria while non-communicable diseases are also increasing considerably.
BLHRSAF knows the desperate need to provide these health services to those that can least afford them and, with your generous support, would like to undertake many more free medical camps in the most deprived areas.
ONE DAY ONE MEAL PROJECT
BLHRSAF serves a nutritional and dignified meal to at least 1000 people daily.

EDUCATION & SCHOLARSHIP PROJECT
You can sponsor a student today to help a family get out of poverty in the future. There are many talented young people in Bangladesh whose families cannot afford to educate them in school, college or university.
BLHRSAF provides these selected students with funds to continue their education at school, college or university, which helps their families and the whole community as well.
ZAKAT PROJECT
Your Zakat is spent on those who need it most…
Zakat, the giving of alms to the poor and needy, is one of the five pillars of Islam (the others are declaration of faith, prayer, fasting in Ramadan and Hajj). It is obligatory upon every adult Muslim of sound mind and means.
MARRIAGE ASSISTANCE
Due to the rise in poverty in Bangladesh, poor parents cannot afford to get their children married with dignity and pride and thus, allow them to fulfil this crucial rite.
Marriage is a moral safeguard as well as a social building block. Through marriage, families are established and the family is considered to be the fundamental unit of society in Bangladesh. BLHRSAF realises the difficulty many poor families are in and, with your support, provides marriage assistance funds and wedding gifts.
LIVELIHOOD
Help poor families rebuild their lives by providing livelihood assistance.
The increase in unemployment in Bangladesh has meant that it is getting harder to sustain livelihoods among poorer families.
With your support, we aim to expand all our Livelihood Assistance Projects to help even more deserving families get themselves out of poverty.
EIDI FOR KIDS
Our ‘Eidi for Kids’ project makes Eid Special for as many children as possible.
We hand out new clothes and other gifts to kids before Eid day so they can celebrate in style.
AREA OF ACTIVITIES
The area of operation of the Foundation shall be extended all over Bangladesh as well as abroad.
